Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science or its equivalent.At least 6 years of HR experience in Supervisory or Managerial capacity.Preferably with exposure in all facets of HR (Generalist).Highly effective communications skills both in verbal and written language.Ability to work on detailed tasks with accuracy and speed and demonstrated competence in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) & the use of Internet.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast pace working environmentAbility to deal with matters in full confidentiality.Excellent organizational skills, good judgment and strong motivation to bring innovation and best practice into current work environment.Will be assigned at Ford Libis
