As a Recruitment Sourcing Specialist, you will make sure the team maximizes the candidate pool by endorsing qualified candidates to where they are most suited. As the industry expert, you are expected to drive an on-time fill rate by pre-qualifying good candidates.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any fieldExperience in doing recruitment or RPO market research is a plus but NOT a requirementMust have excellent English communication skills, written & verbal.Must be able to use PowerPoint in creating slides/decks co
