Job Description

As a Recruitment Sourcing Specialist, you will make sure the team maximizes the candidate pool by endorsing qualified candidates to where they are most suited. As the industry expert, you are expected to drive an on-time fill rate by pre-qualifying good candidates. 

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Process new candidates and re-tap old candidates who may qualify for a specific role; pre-screen candidates via phone or paper screening to qualify candidates for open positions within the organizationDo targeted sourcing for complex roles using different job portals, paid resume searches, etc.Maintain timely and accurate information of all candidate interactions in the database.Monitor pre-screened passers and collaborate with Recruitment Operations to ensure all leads are accounted forProvide proactive insights on the quality of candidates endorsed by Sourcing and Channel Management; Trigger report on any sourcing challenges, such as very limited pool, low pass rate, high application withdrawals, etc. to Recruitment Operations and provide necessary recommendations.Attend and actively participate in Client/Operations/Recruitment Operations calibration and ensure alignment to requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in any fieldExperience in doing recruitment or RPO market research is a plus but NOT a requirementMust have excellent English communication skills, written & verbal.Must be able to use PowerPoint in creating slides/decks containing approved images, graphics, charts, tables, and graphs.
