1. Responsible in calling for follow ups and inquiries to Clients
2. Responsible for replying incoming and outgoing emails of the Client
3. Office Support in ensuring that company procedures and policies are being observed within the department
4. Performs research and analysis on specific issues, as required, and independently prepares non-routine letters and/or reports, which may be highly sensitive and confidential in nature.
5. Provide administrative support and coordinate duties of the organization.
6. Other duties may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in office Administration, Custom administration, or any business courses
2. They must be able to work independently or on a team with other administrative professionals.
3. Knowledgeable in Dental or Medical field
4. Has at least 2-3 years call center experience
5. Above-average organization skills
6. Good English communication skills (interpersonal and written)
7. Knowledge of MS Office tools
8. Can handle multiple tasks and can decide on administrative matters independently
9. Amenable to support multiple departments
10.Able to discern confidential to non-classified information/documents
11.Good organizational and time management skills.
12.Tactful and discreet when dealing with people and confidential information
13.Ability to work with various departments and foster teamwork.
14.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
15.Able to work and deliver timely output with minimal supervision.
