DUTIES AND RESPonSIBILITIESPUBLIC RELATIONSa. Support role to legal activities that requires coordination with other entities relative to compliance and regulation issues of the Company.b. Extends support in providing accurate and reliable data to avoid delays in the approval of application and compliance of reportorial requirements.REGULATORY, MonITORING AND COMPLIANCEa. Assist in the submission of all reportorial requirements on or before the deadline.b. Maintains an inventory of matrix of records for monitoring of reportorial and regulatory deadlines under the CMS and DOE Subcontract Registration ensuring compliance of submissions and filings.OFFICE ADMINISTRATIONa. Provides support in handling document processes, which may include notarization and coordination with inter-departments of the Company.b. Assist in document reproduction, scanning, filing and file inventory.CORPORATE SERVICES AND HOUSEKEEPINGa. Ensures the efficiency of storing and organizing electronic and hard copies of documents and research materials on a weekly basis for easy and reliable access of information.QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's DegreeWith at least 1 year functional work experience in liaising and paralegal services
