Job Summary:
Oversee all aspects of managing the MIMS Specialty Portal in MIMS digital platform. The role is responsible for leading the content creation, curation, and quality assurance of the site, with particular emphasis on maintaining the cohesiveness of the digital content while maximizing its SEO and user engagement potential. It involves coordinating and liaising with internal and external partners for digital publications, and supervising a team of medical editors and writers.

ntent including but not limited to Disease Management Charts, disease articles, and spo
nsored and non-spo
nsored articles. Related tasks include identifying SEO and user engagement improvement opportunities, directing addition, modification and improvements to existing content, optimizing keyword search which will be the basis of the articles, development and maintenance of guidelines for article development and writing, and mo
nitoring the overall quality of all digital materials within the Specialty Portal.Training – co
nducts training of medical writers and editors on digital writing with an SEO-heavy directio
nPortal maintenance – validates work output of medical writing teams, and ensures they adhere to SOP/guidelines. Also has final sign out of materials uploaded o
nto Specialty Portal.Special Projects – Manage special projects related to Specialty Portal revamp projectCoordination - Coordinating with regio
nal business teams, MPF software development team, and external editorial consultants.Client Management – Provide co

Requirements:
Strong experience in digital co
ntent development, and particular emphasis on SEO, of at least 4 yearsBackground in the medical field or Allied Health, or knowledge of pharmacology / pharmacotherapeutics is preferred but not required.Relevant college degree.Demo
