The Technical Marketing team plays a key role in this aspect of Trend Micro by bridging in-house experts with a larger audience and building an impressive library of cybersecurity content.
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will create content and formulate plans aligned with specific marketing strategies and campaigns that will market Trend Micro’s employer branding and the expertise and services offered by Trend Micro Research. You will work with marketers, campaign leads, writers, editors, and graphic artists to make relevant and helpful content that reaches the right audiences.

Build and execute digital marketing strategies with campaign and project leads to identify current and future opportunities for co
ntent marketing enhancement. Generate, edit, publish, and share daily blog and social media co
ntent (original copy, images, videos) that builds meaningful engagement and encourages target audiences to take action. Mo
nitor social media co
nversations and create relatable reactive co
ntent as needed. Co
ntinuously improve co
ntent by capturing and analyzing digital marketing metrics, insights, and best practices. Collaborate with regio
nal partners to manage campaigns and other initiatives. Develop and execute digital strategies outside social media (for example, in search and ads).
What you need:
A strong digital marketing background At least 4 years of experience in digital marketing Excellent co
ntent direction and editing (photo, video, and text) Strong knowledge and background in digital marketing analytics tools Strong communication and coordination skills Experience in identifying target audiences and creating digital campaigns that can engage, inform, and motivate A college degree, preferably in communications or information technology Ability to submit sample writing work and willingness to go through a writing exam.
What will help:
Great interest and proficiency in computing security, the internet, and surrounding technologies is a must. Project management experience is a plus. Technical writing skills is an advantage. Knowledge in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator is an advantage. Creativity and ability to express ideas with co
nfidence is an advantage. Background in video production, SEO, Google Ads, and social media advertising is a plus. Interest in smart car technology and security is ideal.
