PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
The core responsibility of this role is to provide support to either the Digital Marketing & Communication team covering any of the following workstreams:
· Digital Publishing
· Email Marketing
· Digital Analytics
· Digital Engagement
· online Marketing
The Digital Marketing & Communication Associate should be a good communicator with a keen eye for detail to support affiliates with their business needs. Detail orientation, customer satisfaction and a sense of urgency will be a critical factor to the success of the candidate.

Corporate Communications Support Team Manager
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
· Work with any of the Digital Marketing & Communication sub-teams as operational support for any of the following activities
o Leads management/monitoring from Request Tracker, CRMonline or social media posts
o Maintenance of the websites, including
§ Restructure activities
§ Large volume clean-up/implementation of assets and marketing collaterals
o Social media postings/advertising and/or video management
o Assist on any projects related to the different digital platforms that the team is using (ie, Eloqua, Sitecore, GTM, SharePoint, SurveyMonkey, BrandHub, etc)
o Reports generation on relevant tools used by the team (Eloqua, Sitecore, SharePoint, SurveyMonkey, CRMOnline, ScreamingFrog, etc)
o Collection/monitoring of data on different datasources (ie, Brandwatch, Sharepoint, Social Media sites) for dashboard reporting
o Google My Business implementation, clean-up or updates
o Google Tag Manager implementation
o Competitor or online media monitoring
o Technical monitoring on website issues and coordination with relevant teams
· evaluate and assess incoming request to identify completeness and validity of the request submitted to the team and coordinate directly with affiliates/stakeholders for any clarifications/queries related to the task
· Process incoming requests from affiliates or stakeholders in a timely manner and provide relevant recommendations to ensure value-adding improvements
PROFILE
Candidate must possess at least a Vocatio
nal Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s/College Degree, any field
REQUIRED SKILLS
· Working knowledge of basic HTML coding and basic image manipulation through Adobe Photoshop is highly preferred
· Enough technical proficiency to easily learn new tools and and digital marketing tasks that will be assigned
· Strong analytical skills with ability to collect, organize and analyze information with attention to detail, accuracy and validity
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, customer-focused and delivery-oriented
· Has initiative and proactiveness to ensure that deliverables are managed well and on-time
· Adaptable, ethical, analytical and has a strong eye for detail
· A fast learner, able to grasp new concepts, understand requirements and translate knowledge into practical ability
· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
· Team player with ability to operate without close supervision
· Good command of the English language, both written and verbal
