SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATOR (MANILA)

JOB DEscriptION:

maintain the OZ's online network primarily in the promotions of brands and products and increase fan-base on sites such as Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, and other social media accounts by outlining a campaign calendar and conceptualizing tactics to increase audience participation.Develops innovative and creative media content across social media platforms.Ensure that media content will help generate effective brand awareness, sales and promote customer service through the social media networks.Study relevant metrics and trends in social media, research popular social media platforms, study emerging social media tools and observe how often those and tools are used for future references.Reports to heads and collaborates with an affiliated graphic designer, webmaster, marketing and IT organization to create relevant content and interactive media experiences through the social media sites.Ensure cohesive social media activity. Recommends or propose innovative and creative strategy for drawing in new visitors based on day-to-day interactions and experiences with current available social media accounts.Ensure quickly adapt and effectively implement those strategies in response to customer feedback.Setup daily tasks and activities for all social media outlets like daily monitor of Facebook, Twitter, online review sites, and other blogging pages.Consistently monitor and participate in online media programs and conversations.Deliver weekly and monthly reports with statistics and results for each accounts using relevant social media metrics.For Facebook, use of Facebook insights is recommended and keep attention to and track the following: Monthly fan (or "Likers") size growth, The average number of likes and comments, unlikes and attrition rates, demographics, page reviews, mentions, tab views, referrers, and impressions.closely monitor and keep track of the various marketing programs and attend relevant marketing events like trade shows, exhibits and the like.Ensure to properly document relevant activities and new ideas derived from this experiences and recommend to head for proper review and implementation.Photograph new products and brands including various marketing activities and events.Create and upload activities and events in social media sites. For pictures and videos, ensure proper editing and review before posting.Assist in general office duties like answering phone queries.Ensure utmost respect and courtesy in dealing with both internal and external customers.perform other tasks/projects or related functions that immediate superior may assign from time to time.

JOB QUALIFICATION/S:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications or equivalent.must good in written and oral communication skills, innovative, resourceful, creative, fast learner, team-player, customer and service oriented, and pro-active.knowledgeable in photography. with background in Social Media Communication is an advantage but not necessary.willing to do field works.No work experience required.Full-Time position(s) available.willing to be assigned in Sta. Cruz, Manila.
