QUALIFICATIONS:

A. Work Experience

• At least 3-4 years experience working in Brand/Product/Creative Marketing, Advertising Agency, and/or Digital Media Agency.

• Direct hand/experience in developing and implementing social media campaigns, videos, live shows, Twitter campaigns, Instagram influencer campaigns.

B. Level of Knowledge

• Expert in project management

• Expert knowledge in social media and digital platforms (Must state core channel competency, ex. if made to manage IG end-to-end)

• Expert knowledge in social media strategy development

• Working knowledge of target market insighting and research

C. Competencies

• Collaborative and can manage multiple projects across a large cross-functional team

• Excellent leadership capabilities and strong interpersonal skills

• Solutions-oriented mindset

• Strong presentation skills

• Organized and detail-oriented
