Pushes the design team to ensure everyone is focused on business success — through the lens of user successDeeply understands both the business ecosystem (ex. 4 Ps) and the end-user (ex. pain points, motivation, and goals)Owns user problems more generally — it’s not a
bout working on one problem but rather, traversing multiple products to ensure that users are successful in their specific tasksIdentifies the gaps and opportunities in complex systems, suggests and designs improvements, including new featuresUnderstands and utilizes the emotio

REQUIREMENTS:
A bachelor's degree in Information Design, Interaction Design, Multimedia, Graphic Design, Marketing, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field8+ years of relevant work experience in creating and implementing UX strategy, UI design, or related work4+ years of managing a design teamA strong grasp of product thinking and ecosystems, interaction, visual design & customer empathyA strong technical backgroundFamiliarity with design processes and product life cycleAdvanced knowledge in building design systemsAdvanced experience in creating user journeys/flows, wiref
