Responsibilities
Deliver topline omni-media ads strategies aligned with business/marketing/E-commerce/branding goals and budget of realme and affliated brands.
Strategically plan, launch, monitor and optimize digital media/ATL campaigns and its KPI across all platforms to achieve the highest ROAS or other objectives
Drive the best performance and deliver post reporting on a regular basis.
Synthesize media buy findings and communicate data-driven recommendations and standard methodologies to other verticals under Marketing on a regular basis
Keep abreast of tech industry figures, including distribution and audience figures
Manage the media buy team and agencies, be in charge of the overall performance/growth of the team
Maintain good relationship with top media channels
Requirements
Minimum 3 years with proven record in omni-media buying from agencies/platforms or brands’ side.
Strong personal motivation in fast paced industry with solid knowledge and problem-solving practices in media buying
Excellent data process and analysis skills with an logical mindset
Capable of multitasking and performing under tight deadlines and pressure
Exceptional communication skills, with experience managing a team, Ability to effectively work independently as well as collaboratively across multiple verticals
Life-long learner and fast learner, open-minded.
Resourceful in Philippines's media landscape and relatable organizations
Preferable experience in: E-commerce, Tech, Retail, Media or similar.
