The Social Media Manager (SMM) is responsible for publishing relevant content aligned with brand objectives and strategies in different social media sites such as, but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc. To do this effectively, the SMM should liaise and align with digital media agencies and provide feedback on content developed by the Brand Team and their respective creative agencies to help ensure success of the execution. JOB DEscriptION:Manage social media marketing campaigns of the different brands in different social media sitesDevelop relevant content topics to reach each brand’s target market and maximize viralityWork with digital media agencies to optimize execution Oversee Social Media pages and identify areas for improvement, things to continue doing, and executions to test-and-learn fromPrepare communications for consumer complaints sent through social mediaConsolidate consumer complaints by brand and turnover to Customer Representative QUALIFILICATIONS:Candidates must be a graduate of any business courses (Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Statistics)With at least 3 to 5 years’ experience executing creative ads in different Social Media sites such as Facebook, Instagram, Youtube and TikTokExperience working with FMCG products is an advantageWith excellent communication skills, both oral and verbalAmenable for a hybrid work set-up (WFH plus on-site)
