Administrate the creation and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content targeting the brand's market (for all channels and ads)• Campaign strategy development to ensure that monthly KPIs are hit across social media platforms• Social community growth, development, and social media listening - building brand image and turning fans into customers• Extensive knowledge in E-commerce marketing - responsible for sending traffic to different e-commerce platforms and its brand website• Strategizing promos and giveaways to gain better digital consciousness and more customers• Lead Generation and Social Media Ads• Integrates all digital channels (social media, SEO, content marketing, email, digital marketing)• Messenger chatbot creation and management
