Job Description:

Provides excellent customer service through social media, E commerce platform and or phone call.Works closely with sales & marketing & internal stakeholders to execute planned online programs or campaign.Excel and meet the Monthly E commerce KPIs (metrics: Fulfilment, Delivery rate etc.) Able to multi task- Order taking, packing of orders, E commerce sales report and stock inventory checking.
