MicroSourcing is looking for a Social Media Manager for a healthcare product provider in Australia.Job Responsibilities:Writing content for the brand's website and social channelsCreate native, shareable content for Facebook, Instagram, (in the future TikTok & Youtube) - written and videoGrow followers across all current social channels (linkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram)Increase engagement across all social channelsCreate and manage EDMs to various databasesWork from a monthly content calendar to ensure relevant and timely content is developed across website, and social channels.Ensure all comments and messages are responded to in a timely mannerEnsure all content, images, and copy is consistent with brand guidelines and designed to connect with the Juvo Solutions customers and client.Reporting - analysing data on content performance and reporting on these statisticsWork with the e-commerce and marketing team to gather requirements and implement new designs from initial concept, site architecture, layout and user interface through to finished deliverable.Understanding business and users’ needs to find optimal technical solutions while maintaining brand consistency.Work with the marketing team on a plan for in-house developed and third party tools to improve customer personalization.Shopify theme customization.Create the ability for marketing initiatives and business rules to be actioned through the ERP and connected systems.Qualifications:Skills and knowledge of social media platforms, blogging and tools are more important to us than years of professional experience.Video and image editing for social channels and bloggingCopywriting and editingProven ability to grow social channel followers and engagementProficient with Facebook, Instagram, linkedin (posts, stories, reels, IGTV) and in the future YouTube and TikTokCreative copywriting and persuasive languageBasic knowledge of the sustainability spaceWorked with previous clients creating content for social media campaignsBlog articles - writing editingEDMs - created content (copy and edited images) for email marketing campaigns*Candidate must be willing to work in MOA, Pasay City, on a dayshift schedule
