Responsible for maintaining and monitoring of the brands in the E-commerce platform and coordinating with external partners.JOB DUTIES AND RESPonSIBILITIESEnsures monitoring of sales, strategic projects and promotion launches for the brands in the local online store to result in maximized traffic and sales.Oversees customer inquiries through Seller Center and respond to them as timely and briefly as possible.Expands the reach through different marketing tools and promotions, and seamlessly set-up error proof processes for the new brands.Coordinates with the Marketing Department for development of marketing and promotion collaterals.Monitors actual fulfillment of online orders to ensure that indicative sales are being converted into actual sales.Cascades all pertinent information to respective brand teams such as available platform-initiated campaigns that can potentially help in achieving sales targets.Coordinates with Marketplace Account Managers regarding campaigns, logistics etc. that is vital to the brands’ operation in their platform.Reports item listings that contains counterfeit GABC merchandise in each platform to have them taken down, monitor it and update accordingly in company’s shared monitoring file.QUALIFICATIonSCollege graduate with preference in Business Administration Marketing, Communications and Advertising, Business or a related field.Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience.Knowledgeable regarding digital marketing, e-Commerce & sales operations.Must have advance knowledge in all Microsoft Office Applications and not limited to new software applications.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsGood graphic design and layout skills.Good analytical skills and with a keen eye to details.Highly organized with excellent time-management skillsCreative and self-motivated with a desire to learn.Adaptable and agileCustomer focused and results-driven.Establish and maintain positive working relationships with others both internally and externally.
