Job Description:
• Executes day-to-day operational tasks that deals with monitoring orders and
returns from different E-Commerce Platforms (Lazada, Shopee, Shopify, and
Tiktok)
• Escalates cases to and coordinates with Investigation Team/Relationship
Manager of the platforms to resolve cases within provided timelines
• Prepares and sends daily and weekly reports of investigation updates to the
team
Requirements:
• College graduates in any related field.
• Should have good communication skills.
• Should have some Financial Background.
• Prior experience in E-Commerce Platforms like Shopee and Lazada is an
advantage
• Experience in using Office programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and
Google Docs
• Must have good organizational skills
• Must be detailed oriented and knows how to work with and analyze data
• Can encode data with speed and accuracy
• Able to work well in a fast paced setting
• Willing to work in BGC and commute time preferably not more than 1 hour
