In charge of digital product set-ups ensuring all items are on the retailer’s site / Product Listing.Sorting of products, curating assortment and preparing digital product catalog and spreadsheet, portal product set-up/ data entry, correct item content and updates, image and video upload.Collaborate with Merchant’s product lead counterpart and internal team for data quality, and digital asset requirements: image and video.Manage customer’s product queries and concerns: timely reply on different platforms, converting queries into sales and optimal item purchase/shopping experienceTimely inventory upload.Perform auxiliary functions to other teams.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree required.Should be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (MS Excel/Powerpoint/Word).High attention to details, ability to learn new systems and experience in digital set-ups a plus.Good communication skills both oral and written.Ability to work independently and or with a team.A desire and willingness to be a part of a fast-paced company, team and work environment.Prior experience in eCommerce product listing - preferred.
