Upload and update product assortments inclusive campaign price, stock quantity, product image, description and lorikeet in ensuring the products reflect in E-Store are updatedCoordinate with partners and third-party logistic on order fulfillment, shipment, and return statusCoordinate with the After-sales team on matters related to customer queries or any issues pertaining to products’ warrantyWork closely with E-com Lead on E-Store monthly promotion mechanics not limited to price discount, voucher, and bundle promotion.Responsible in coordinate with internal stakeholders on Communication/Content plan, Creative assets to ensure proper visibility are driven to E-StorePerform Keywords research in the Electronic / Smartphone industry to understand the latest trend & search behavior from the Philippine Market and apply them to E-Store content and product title.Improve Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) via on-page and off-page strategy to improve E-Store ranking on Google Search Result Page.Provide weekly and monthly E-Store reports to E-com Lead

Requirements:

At least 1 year experience in E-commerceMUST HAVE: Shopify ExperienceWebstore Experience (webstore examples: pomelo, ZALORA, Shein, etc)Possess good analytical skill in analyzing E-store metrics (sellout, traffics funnel, basket size) and improving ROAS from advertisement channel (CPAS, Facebook Ads, Google Shopping Ads)Can use personal laptopKnowledge in Google Analytics and other Google Products is a plusAmenable to work in the BGC office 2-3x a week
