Job Description

Emapta is looking for a seasoned Digital Marketing Specialist to join our partner’s growing team.

about our Client Partner: Honest to Goodness is a Sydney-based online store, wholesaler, and distributor of certified organic food & natural food products.

Your responsibilities:

Work with the Marketing Team to create, monitor, and optimize paid search and social campaigns within Google, Bing, Facebook, linkedIn, and other performance platforms while staying within our brand guidelines Monitor and analyze data from Google Analytics, Funnel.io, Google DataStudio reports, and other tools to gain insights and spot opportunities to make informed and strategic adjustments.Assist in actively testing and analyzing keywords, bid strategies, ad copy, ad creative, and landing pages.Have experience with Google Tag Manager, including but not limited to creating and testing triggers, and tags.Keep up to date with paid social and PPC industry trends, developments, and best practices.Keep up to date with paid social and PPC industry trends, developments, and best practices.Identify opportunities to continually optimize campaigns and workflows to drive acquisition, subscription, retention, and engagement.Perform QA on lifecycle and promotion campaigns and produce regular performance reports.Ensure adherence to best practices and relevant email regulations and maintain our email reputation. 

Your qualifications:

English fluency both verbal and written At least 2+ years’ experience in content marketing, content growth and SEO. Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition activitiesUp-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in paid social and search engine marketingExperience with the following User Interfaces: Google, Bing, Facebook, linkedInExperience with Google Tag Manager Familiarity with A/B and multivariate experiments (preferred)Experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, etc)Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Google Data Studio)Strong analytical skills and experience generating PPC/SEM reportsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsGraphic Design including motion graphics and HTML5 will be highly regardedWorking knowledge of HTML/CSS and email template build will be highly regarded
