Job Description
As an E-commerce Manager, you will report to the Head of Marketing and be expected to:Lead and have full responsibility and ownership of company’s owned e-commerce, third party marketplace brand shops (Lazada & Shopee) and partnerships with other third party online sellers of products similar to ours.Develop and implement E-commerce strategies including utilizing a range of platforms, understanding of best practice UX & CX, knowledge of driving conversion rate and how best to leverage traffic sources SEOLead all aspects of E-Commerce business including planning, content strategy and development, SEM, online marketing, website design, customer service, web analytics, and web technologies.Establish KPIs and leverage an analytics-driven approach contributing to driving online salesIdentify strategies for web content and new features and functionality. Work with brand team and creative agencies to develop and implement online assets, campaigns and digital marketing strategies that drive traffic and increase conversion.Manage Customer Service function, dealing with every aspect from pre-purchase queries, fulfillment to post sales service and ensure and develop seamless customer experience.The successful candidate needs to be:Consumer focused, with strong analytical skills that form the basis of your decision making.Agile, both reactive and proactive, you work efficiently and flexibly to deliver results.A self-starter and can adapt and work in a start-up environment.Proven managerial experience in a fast-paced environmentUp-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurementWho are we looking for?A graduate with a highly preferred degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Communications or equivalent.Has at least 5-7 years work experience preferably in FMCG (Consumer Goods Companies) or with at least 2-3 years in eCommerce for a Retail or online Shopping (i.e. Lazada, Shopee)Understanding of the technical side of setting up Digital Solutions (i.e. branded websites).Embodies excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders from different functions.Willing to work onsite (Pasig City)
