What you’re expected to do?

Develops the strategy to grow The Moment Group’s Loyalty Program to generate new sales leadsSpearheads growth through maximizing the existing Loyalty Program base and exploring new growth areasReviews the Loyalty Program tiers, customer incentives and rewards to ensure it continues to be appealing and engaging, as well as fiscally viable for the GroupDevelops programs to maintain regular contact with customers, provide an omnichannel experience, and acquire more membersCollaborates with other departments, such as Operations, Business Intelligence, and Creative Development, to gather & analyze data and provide actionable insight on such, seek inputs on growth areas, and execute initiatives related to the Loyalty Programevaluates strategies to leverage key corporate relationships for possible partnershipsWorks closely with stakeholders to continually adapt the strategy for new business opportunities

Who can have a seat at the table?

Possesses a Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a similar fieldHas at least 3 years experience in building and growing Loyalty programs in the consumer products and retail or food & beverage industriesPossesses strong business acumen that enables the individual to seek out new growth opportunitiesHighly collaborative, self-driven, and opportunity seeker
