Develops the strategy to grow The Moment Group’s Loyalty Program to generate new sales leadsSpearheads growth through maximizing the existing Loyalty Program ba
se and exploring new growth areasReviews the Loyalty Program tiers, customer incentives and rewards to ensure it co
ntinues to be appealing and engaging, as well as fiscally viable for the GroupDevelops programs to maintain regular co
ntact with customers, provide an omnichannel experience, and acquire more membersCollaborates with other departments, such as Operations, Business Intelligence, and Creative Development, to gather & analyze data and provide actio
nable insight on such, seek inputs on growth areas, and execute initiatives related to the Loyalty Programe

Who can have a seat at the table?
