Job Description:Managing sales performance to meet/exceed the sales target and business expectations and ensure it’s in line with the business direction.Create positive business relationships with new and existing customers through client visits and project bidding.Forecasting sales and setting sales targets as well as forecasting and managing costs and budgetary requirements to ensure maximum sales management efficiency.Monitoring overall sales volume as well as market trends and competitors.Provide support for the sales team, manage the team schedule, and allocate team resources to meet sales objectives of the company.Report on weekly monthly and quarterly sales performance.Conduct performance management and feedback to ensure professional and timely review of set objectives with each member of the team.Instruct regular on the job training sessions, including communication, troubleshooting skills, new products, system use and policies or process to the sales team.Qualification:Must have at least 3-5 years experience related.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent.With experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.With experience in customer relationship management.With experience managing and directing a sales team.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skillsWith experience in Overseas Clients Sales is a must.With strong personality and can handle pressure.Ability to travel at least 70% of the timeWilling to work on-site from Mondays to Saturdays at Robinsons Cyber Sigma, Mckinley West Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City
