Create, administer, and manage online stores, social media platforms and ensure all e-commerce channel is within compliance of brands and company.Manage and review online merchandise presentation to ensure the categorization, imagery, copy, pricing, site placement, and promotional messages are accurate and meet brand standards.Oversee the look, feel, and design of the store and other social media accounts.Ensure 100% achievement of monthly sales target by joining campaigns, listing on flash sales, activating supporting features, and all other promotionsEnsures that all items in the webstore are properly stocked. Forecast and assist broader demand planning.Ensure 100% customer satisfaction by building rapport with customers and efficient handling of customer complaints.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENT

Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree/College Degree in Economics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.At least 2 years experience related to RetailKnowledgeable in B2C e-commerce, merchandising, and marketplace management.Must have a good leadership and negotiation skills.Excellent communication skillsAmenable to work in Makati City
