RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Owning, building, and managing SEO roadmap/programs to increase organic traffic to our web properties
• Accountable for performance reporting, health monitoring and KPIs with deep analysis for improvements and amplification.
• Work closely with cross function teams like field marketing, content, sales to execute integrated marketing strategies to help improve lead generations, demand, brand, conversion and cost per acquisition.
• Provide expertise and implementation guidance for technical SEO like Core Web Vitals, Micro-formats and more
• Collaborate with content team to delivery impactful organic content strategies to help improve brand awareness, reach, intent journeys, sales pipelines and building better rankings on search engines.
• Applying growth hacking mentality by developing and tracking experiments to optimize for traffic and conversion.
• Perform ongoing Keyword research, on-page seo audit, discover new opportunities to expand keyword universe and update older content to stay up to date.
• Analysis of traffic patterns and identification of potential challenges or opportunities
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Degree in Marketing or related field
• At least 5-7 years of experience in marketing and sales
• Hands-on experience with search engine optimization, including keyword research, on-page optimization, link-building and basic technical aspects of search
• Understanding of SEO, regularly using tools such as SEMRush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, and staying current on latest changes in search engine algorithms
• Excellent understanding of users’ buying behavior as it pertains to the web. • Proven experience delivering organic traffic growth for digital media properties
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong experience with Google Analytics or similar tracking tool
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Excellent ability to collaborate cross functionally
