Job Purpose:
The E-commerce Specialist - Operations shall be responsible in managing the assigned
E-commerce platform, which shall include understanding how the platform operations work,
planning, monitoring and executing tasks.
Job Description:
• Monitors assigned platform to ensure that operations will be operating smoothly and
align with our quality standards
• Collaborate with different marketing teams, product, execute and integrate marketing
plans during key campaigns and product launches
• Track and analyze channel performance and produce data-driven solutions including
price promotions, adjustments, and discounts
• Ensure efficient and effective output quality of team members. Promote teamwork and
cooperation to achieve KPI
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management/ Marketing or any related course to E-
Commerce or Business
• At least 1 (one) year of professional working experience is preferred, but also open for
fresh graduates with related course
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
• Prior work experience with an E-Commerce company or platform is an advantage
• Excellent planning and organizational skills
• Willing to work in BGC and commute time preferably not more than 1 hour
