Job Summary:

Core objective for all social channels is to increase engagement and reach. For the website, core objective is user acquisition and engagement through design. The content produced must provide users with a way to avail our services easily and efficiently, and create brand connection.

Research industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews and studies)Write clear marketing copy to promote our products/servicesPrepare well-structured drafts using Content Management SystemsProofread and edit blog posts before publicationCoordinate with design teams to illustrate articlesConduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web trafficPromote content on social mediaIdentify customers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone)Update website content as needed

Qualifications:

Graduate of a four (4) year Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Management and/or other related coursesProven working experience in content marketing (minimum 3 years)Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivateExperience with online community building and up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurementData-driven and highly analytical.Proficiency with Google Analytics.Proficiency with social media analytics.Time management skills.Excellent interpersonal skills.Excellent written and verbal communication.
