Our Ecommerce Supervisor (Digital Site Operations) is responsible for planning and executing the assigned e-store (watsons.com.ph) day-to-day site operations and category activities (i.e., product enrollment, replenishment, tactical E-store activities) in order to achieve departmental performance goals.

Role focuses on

Reviewing the collected product information and closely working with Digital Content Assortment team for proper enrollment into the assigned E-store platformEnsuring timely set up and updates on any change in pricing, promotions and relevant programs for the assigned E-store in alignment to ROS standardsAssisting Ecommerce Managers in providing website data analysis and performance report analysisQuality checking and testing of website functionalities and promotional setups prior to go-live. Addressing customer concerns related to the websiteTimely processing and monitoring of day-to-day tickets on refund, cancellation, official receipts, sales extractions and reconciliations
