The Content Management and Web Analyst is responsible for managing, editing and coordinating content updates on our web properties, along with reporting sitewide performance from a variety of web analytics tools. The Content Management and Web Analyst will extract content from templates and ensure it is uploaded, tested, and deployed within the capabilities of our Content Management System (CMS). This role will also build and manage reporting dashboards and fulfill website analytics requests to illustrate the performance of our websites. This candidate will need to be proficient in analytics and CMS tools, preferably Sitecore and Adobe Analytics.
Accountabilities:
• Complete monthly and adhoc website reporting tasks to measure and track key performance metrics
• Analyze and track website KPIs using our analytics and reporting tools. Provide insights and recommendations based on analytics
• Conduct ongoing analysis to identify trends within our digital ecosystem
• Work with internal teams to finalize website and blog content, optimize for SEO and upload final content into our CMS (Sitecore & WordPress)
• Validate the integrity of the data sources
• Follow processes and ensure consistency and accuracy across all web platforms
• Collaborate with internal teams to plan and design site content and layout
• Validate designs/templates to ensure technical feasibility
• Manage tasks to meet or exceed established SLAs and timelines
• Communicate clearly and collaborate with global teams in different time zones
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
• 4 year college degree (preferably in Marketing or Business). MBA a plus
• At least 3 years’ experience in Digital Marketing, Web Management or Marketing Analytics
• Experience with CMS required; Sitecore and WordPress experience preferred
• Experience with Web Analytics Tools required; Adobe Analytics experience preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Office; Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills required
• Highly numerate and strong quantitative analytical skills
• Superior presentation creation, written and verbal communication skills
• HTML and CSS experience a plus
• Eloqua landing page and form experience a plus
• Data visualization tool experience a plus (PowerBI preferred)
• Familiar using project management tools such as basecamp, Jira, Workfront and/or Clarizen
• Extreme attention to detail is a must
• Inventive, perceptive self-starter. Must be comfortable in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment working with tight deadlines across multiple key stakeholders and a need for quick response
• Proven project management skills
