Digital Marketing Account Manager (Hybrid)

Job Description

KDCI Outsourcing is looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager that will be responsible for the development and execution of our clients’ digital marketing strategy. You will be responsible for managing a cross-functional team of content writers, marketing specialists, graphic designers, and web developers.

ResponsibilitiesServe as the main point of contact for clients and adhere to service level agreements for communication with clients.Facilitate regular client update meetings and build long-term relationships with clients.Strategize and execute digital marketing campaigns for assigned clients, bearing in mind their specific needs, goals, and objectivesManage the production team and ensure the quality and timeliness of deliverablesMeasure and report on the performance of marketing efforts, provide insights and recommendations, as well as assess against goalsReview new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketingRequirementsExpertise in Social Media Management, Pay-Per-Click Advertising, Search Engine Optimization, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, Lead Generation, and Website AnalyticsPrevious experience in a similar digital marketing role is a mustStrong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practiceStrong proficiency in online marketing tools and social media platformsStrong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practiceProject management and team management skillsExcellent communication skills, both in English and Filipino, both written and oralMust be highly creative and innovativeWilling to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City (temporary WFH set up)
