Job Description

Responsibilities:

Proactively create and manage community driven organic player acquisition and retention programs on an ongoing basisExecute strategies that will build and grow our game community and player base in multiple territoriesWork closely with development and marketingExplore trends in technology to suggest new ways to grow and communicate with our player baseLook for top community leaders in multiple territories to assess the state of the player needs and build efficient two-way communication systems with the communityModerate official website forums & update in-game communication and announcements.Provide reports on community feedback, buzz and viral coverageMaintain social network presence including Facebook, Twitter, and other social media platformsPropose and implement new ways to engage our communityAssist in the development of game related web contentHighlight any players’ concerns and issues that you are aware of across the social media and forums to the respective teamsInitiate and manage partnership with community leaders in multiple territories to assess the state of the player needs and build efficient two-way communication systems with the communityLeverage partnerships to increase brand strength, visibility, and exposure through promos, programs, affiliations, and similar dealsMonitor and report issues, discussions and other items relevant to the community to the Community Manager Lead in charge

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills (mainly written) in English. A community guru with at least 6 months of experience in online gamesExperience in community management across territories and culturesHighly methodical and thorough, and an exceptional communicatorFamiliar and comfortable with social mediaAble to work with less supervisionA team player

 Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City, and assigned to shifting schedule (as required) including evenings and/or weekends.
