se (Internal).Build Product Lists within our Promotions software to use in Ad Campaigns.Utilise Product Custom Labels in Ad Campaign criteria.Calculate Target ROAS ba
sed on Campaign performance and available margin.Restructure Campaigns as and when required.Provide analysis and assistance in forecasting Ads Revenue and Profit for the Financial Year.Follow internal naming co
nventions for all Campaign jobs, folders & asset filing (details & training provided).Daily review of the Jira Google Ads Job Board to understand the upcoming workload and manage the time required to complete the tasks.
Skills Requirements:
2-3 Years experience working with Google Shopping Smart Ads (now Google Performance Max Ads).2-3 Years experience working with Google Merchant Centre.Experience with using Product ‘Custom Labels’.Good understanding of Product Data Feeds.Experience working with Google Dynamic Search Ads (to become Google Performance Max Ads).Experience restructuring Campaigns to improve performance.Ability to systematically and meticulously review Ad performance data and make adjustments as required in order to optimise Campaigns.Ability to use external data sources e.g. Bookscan data & Competitor Top Sellers and custom label these products for Campaigns.Intermediate to Advanced Excel Skills (Google Sheets).Experience working in Google Analytics.An understanding of Google Apps s
cripts (desired not essential)An understanding of API co
nnectors such as Google Sheets extensions for Google Ads / Analytics.Good level of written and spoken English.Ability to communicate well & work with others.Ability to problem solve.Impeccable time management.Excellent attention to detail.Some experience with Jira is desirable (training provided).Ability to provide feedback to help improve our evolving Digital Advertising process.
