Job Description
JOB DEscriptION Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone thru outbound or incoming calls.Upselling or Cross-selling requiredManage the customer through lead generation, pipeline management, organization, effective communication, and strong listening skills.Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.Be the first point of contact for any client queries.Own and build relationships with existing clients by actively calling prospective and existing clients and provide feedback to management about the client’s experience, product, and service needs.Assist clients in opening accounts and providing the necessary information and documentation.Review all new account applications and highlight suspicious and / or fraudulent applications and documentation to the Head of Compliance.Log and file, both electronic and hard copy, all documentation and information received in relation to all accounts both generated by the customer due diligence on-boarding process and the Company’s ongoing Know Your Customer, AML and CFT responsibilities. Facilitate dormant and inactive accounts to fund and go back to trading.Ensure customers are treated fairly.Ensure that the Company’s Trading Platform(s) provide up to date price information.Ensure that the Company’s Trading Platform(s) are operational within the times specified in the Company’s Order Execution PolicyReport any issues in a prompt and timely fashion to the Department’s Manager.Respond to all client related queries by telephone, email, and Live chat in a timely manner.Produce shift handover reports.Always monitor the market and keep up to date with all economic events and market holidays adjusting specific markets where required.Monitor all liquidity providers and margin accountsPerform any other duties as requested by Company’s Management where required.Adhere to and proactively enhance the firm’s compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and codes of conduct in all jurisdictions in which the Firm conducts business and which have an impact on its business.Maintain an appropriate level of competence through ongoing training, making requests for updates or development as required.Ensuring that clients are treated fairly by knowing the customer and giving suitable advice where appropriate, providing an appropriate level of service, communicating clearly and fairly and ensuring complaints are reported.Report any suspicion of money laundering, terrorism financing or any criminal activity to the MLRO.REQUIREMENTS:Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in any field.At least 3 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Required Skill(s): English CommunicationPreferably 3-4 Yrs.’ Experienced Employee specialized in Outbound Sales - Telesales/Telemarketing/Customer Services or equivalent.Work From Home setup - candidates are required to have a conducive work from home set up with stable internet connection of at least 20mbps.Preferably near Metro Manila for any work-on-site requirement/sNightshiftWilling to work on weekends and on public HolidaysCan start ASAP
