RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities
• Support the team in organizing and implementing various projects
• Assist in organizing events and traditional or digital campaigns to ensure success
• Manage logistics and track progress of assigned projects
• Manage merchandise orders, track and update inventory
• Maintain the team’s assets and create reports and presentations as needed
• Communicate directly with clients and encourage trusting relationships
REQUIREMENTS:
• 2yrs experience as a marketing assistant or coordinator
• Good understanding of office management and marketing principles
• Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive and works well even with minimal supervision
• Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
• Proficient with MS Office and Google Suite
• Exquisite communication and people skills
• Able to interact with different teams, stakeholders, and vendors to achieve results
