Job Description
FUNCTIONS:
· Maintain web shop content accuracy and up-to-date (such as photos, product details, prices, promotions and other relevant information) via Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform.
· Regularly send reports on product sales movement from the web shop.·
Allocate stocks for the web shop.
· Set-up promos, vouchers, etc. in LAC PH's web shop as instructed by superior.
· Daily coordination with the fulfillment team and chat support team to ensure to deliver excellent customer service on LAC PH’s web shop.
· Perform other relevant tasks as required.
PREREQUISITES:·
Preferably IT background with hands-on experience in managing and maintaining e-Commerce websites/portals.· Preferably with specialization or work experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform or other related website e-commerce platforms.
· Knowledgeable and experienced in SEO, SEM, Google Ads and re-targeting.
· Knowledgeable and experienced in Web Content Writing and Web Design
POSSESS KNOWLEDGE OF THE FOLLOWING:
· Use of Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform and basic computer office tools.
· prepare Weekly Stock Replenishment Order Template and submit to E-com Officer for review.
· receive goods and allocate stocks in platforms (Lazada, Shopee and LAC Website).
· coordinate with Warehouse Staff re expiry dates of stocks.
· supervise monthly stock count for the Audit report.
· upload new items, and regularly do necessary content updates (photo/details/price) on items in Lazada, Shopee and LAC Website to keep product pages up to date.
· Create banners, landing pages and artworks to be posted in GNC’s social media pages
