Job Description:

Building highly targeting Paid Media campaigns on search engines and social media platforms.Detailed optimizing to deliver exceptional results as much as possibleWe operate a 4 stage sprint process - this will include media planning, campaign builds, reporting and budget managementLearning and development - this is part of your job and also part of our competency framework is building up the next generation of talent which will be part of your role.Commercial awareness - knowing what products we offer and ensuring clients are aware of what these are and the benefitsData and Insight - We want to understand data, benchmarking and what else we can be doing, our team are best placed to deliver this to us.

Qualifications:

You’re have a love for the world of digital and paid media.1+ year experience managing campaigns on Paid Media platforms.Understanding of analytics, reporting + excelKeen to learn new systemsDesire to innovate and improve performanceCollaboration with your squad partner and wider teamYou invite constructive criticism and respond positively to feedbackAppreciation of and commitment to champion our company valuesReady to be part of the team and wholeheartedly commit to company culture and building relationshipsExperience with GTM and Google Analytics and GA4Experience with data onboarding solutionsShould have a strong internet connection (minimum of 10 MBPS)

Additional information:

Working hours - Midshift (1pm to 10pm MNL)

Hybrid Arrangement: Alabang (3 days in the office, 2 days at home)
