Job Summary: As a member of the Technical Sales and Reliability group you would be responsible for answering phone calls and emails with information about our products and the application of said products. You will also need to support troubleshooting of various equipment offerings, manage and complete reliability programs tasks, upkeep operations and marketing documentation, and communicate analytical data for various operational needs to the team. Key accountabilitiesPrimary Program Manager for Reliability Programs and all associated materials. Technical Resource for Sales Force including cross references, application advice and equipment support.Collaborative integration with Operations and Marketing Teams for Technical document, Bid Specification, and Presentation Generation/Upkeep.Become familiar with New Product Development to be able to help our Sales Force and Customers with new product info.Work with various equipment offerings and have familiarity for troubleshooting, parts replacement, and installation assistance.Interpret analytical reports for Oil Analysis, Fuel Analysis, Heat Transfer Oil Analysis and communicate results as needed with Sales ForceCompletion of ROI Awards for Customer, Sales Rep, and Management GroupsLog in all phone calls and email exchanges for review with management team as a learning toolAssist in reporting team metricsPerform various other project work as assignedQualifications:An Associates’ degree in Science would be an advantage but will consider an equivalent combination of education and experienceScience degree or hands on experience in the lubrication and specialty chemical field.Some mechanical aptitude or experience working with industrial equipment, motors, etc.Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite with emphasis on Outlook, Word and Excel AttributesGood communicator who has patience for those who have less knowledge on a topic than they do.Strong customer service and communication skills (both written and verbal)Quick-learner/self-starter, coachable/adaptable, and eager to learnMust be a team player but also able to work independently, while applying critical thinking skillsHighly motivated, flexible team player with ability to work in a fast-paced environment while being proficient at organizing and prioritizing workExtraordinary attention to detail and ability to approach zero errors in final work product CompetenciesAction OrientedProcess managementManaging and measuring workLearning on the flyOrganizational AgilityTime ManagementIntegrity and TrustCustomer focusCommunicationOrganizingPlanningPatience GET A GENUINE CAREER OPPORTUNITY!
