Join us at the Google Operations Center for the opportunity to help Google users tackle their problems and accomplish their goals, all while working in a dynamic and diverse environment.

As the Digital Media Senior Associate - DV360 (Display and Video 360), will be responsible for delivering support for DoubleClick Bids, from problem management to security and technology support. 

Position Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and resolving issuesMaintain a positive and professional attitude towards customersProvide support across a variety of platforms, including chat, live email, instant messaging, and phoneScope and collect customer requirements, provide guidance on best practices and applying technology and product knowledge to address customer's business and technology needsAct as point of contact to provide consultative technical support and strategic relationship management to top online agencies and advertisersDrive customer communications and technical issue resolution, resulting in the highest level of customer satisfactionImprove internal efficiency and customer satisfaction by proactively identifying opportunities to optimize existing or new processes and toolsInculcate client end users on product usage, from the basics to best practicesTroubleshoot and resolve complex cases from the proper platform Collaborate with international teams in engineering, product, vendor workforce, and other cross-functional teams on specific user-impacting issues and bugsWork on internal product initiatives like migration of accounts, bulk uploads, etc. under Google’s direction

Minimum Qualifications

Must have reached 2nd year college level with at least 2 years of prior work experience in a BPO handling an account that requires troubleshooting over chat and email channelsExcellent English comprehension and written language skillsExcellent analytical and problem solving skillsHas the ability to effectively multitask and work independently High attention to details

Preferred Qualifications

Graduate of any IT related courseExperience with DoubleClick Bid Manager, DoubleClick Ad Exchange, Google Adwords, DoubleClick Digital Marketing, Doubleclick Campaign Manager, Doubleclick Search , Doubleclick for Publishers Experience in Real-Time Bidding or other related platformInternet or advertising industry knowledgeProficient in SQL, HTML, and JavascriptVoice support experience Active Google Certification in either one of the following: Display, Search, Measurement or Shopping. Get your certification via this link
