Marketing Assistant (Facebook Ads) - Work From Home

We have a fantastic opportunity for a proactive Marketing Assistant to join our team!

In this work from home role you will work to build Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns using Facebook Ads Manager to generate leads for our clients. You will also write the ad copy and build the creatives required for your Facebook/Instagram campaigns using Canva. 

As an ideal candidate, you will have a can-do attitude, possess extraordinary attention to detail and time management skills and have the ability to learn quickly and work in a fast paced environment. 

To be successful in this role you’ll need at least 2 years of experience in a digital marketing or social media marketing role and at least 6 months of proven experience using Facebook Ads Manager to build Facebook ad campaigns regularly (you are used to building campaigns weekly/fortnightly). 

You must also have experience writing ad copy and building creatives for Facebook/Instagram ads and be able to show examples of your previous copy and creative work to progress through the interview process.

about The Role:

As a Marketing Assistant, you will report to the Marketing Manager and work alongside a team of 6 marketers in the marketing department to help generate leads for our clients using paid ads on Facebook and Instagram. 

In this day-shift role you will work 100% from home ongoing. The company is located in AU so there is only a 2 hour time difference to the Philippines.

Training is provided for the first 2 weeks to show you our way of doing things, however it is expected that you already know how to build basic Facebook campaigns, write ad copy and build creatives for Facebook ads. 

once we are confident in your ability you will be given a portfolio of client courses to manage. 

If you master all the features of Facebook/Instagram ads, can hit KPI’s regularly and improve the overall performance of your client portfolio over an extended period of time, there is an opportunity for you to learn how to do paid advertising on other platforms within the company including TikTok, Adwords & Snapchat. 

This role is ideal if you are seeking a long-term career within the same company (5+ years) with an amazing culture that enables you to develop your skills across multiple PPC platforms or to expand your knowledge into other areas in the marketing department such as marketing automation, marketing funnels, B2B marketing, web design, conversion optimization, SEO and more. 

**Please note that we are a paid marketing specialized company so creating/posting organic social media content is not part of this role and there is no opportunity to work or grow in this area in our company. 

Responsibilities:

Manage and improve the performance of your client portfolio ongoing to hit client and company metrics. Hit weekly and quarterly KPIs.You will be required to build a minimum of 6 x Facebook/Instagram Lead Ad Campaigns per week (including copy & creatives) that generate leads under CPA to hit weekly client targets.Analyze your campaign results and make optimizations to improve overall campaign performance.Build Facebook Lead Forms + Connect them to our client’s systems using Zapier.Manage campaigns to ensure they do not exceed budgets and CPA’s. Write copy for Facebook/Instagram ads, landing pages, and website pages.Use Canva to build creatives for Facebook/Instagram ads (image & video) that follow our branding guidelines and best practices.Build website pages and landing pages to convert paid traffic from ads.Complete regular market research and competitor analysis to look for opportunities we can apply to improve our marketing results and apply them. Stay up to date with the latest marketing trends and new softwares/tools and test them.Complete weekly reports to track marketing results. Attend a weekly marketing meeting with the team and marketing manager.Do weekend (Saturday/Sunday) campaign management for 2 hours, once every 7 weeks. Help the marketing team complete any other marketing tasks that are required when asked.

about You:

You must be able to show us that you are proactive and can work with minimal supervision to hit deadlines to be successful in this role, you’ll also need:

At least 12 months of proven work experience in a digital marketing or social media marketing role.Proven experience using Facebook Ads Manager to build Facebook ads regularly.Experience writing copy for Facebook, other social media, websites, landing pages, blogs etc.Experience using Canva or any other similar graphic design software to do creatives for Facebook or other social media platforms. Excellent verbal and written communication skills including presentation.You must be able to deal with change and thrive in a rapidly changing, start-up environment.You must have extraordinary attention to detail and time management skills.Experience building and managing paid ad campaigns on TikTok, Snapchat or Youtube is highly regarded but not required.
