The Business Intelligence Analyst will be reporting to BI Supervisor, will transform the data into insights that drives the business values. Through the use of data analytics, data visualization and data modeling techniques and technologies, BI will identify trends that can help other department’s makes business decisions to modernize and improve the process. 

Handle analysis and data modeling design using data collected in a centralized data warehouse or multiple databases;Responsible to discover areas of opportunity and identify where improvements can be made to save the company money or increase profits;Will do the mining of complex data using SQL, BI software and tools, comparing data to competitors and industry trends and creating visualizations that communicate findings to the BI Manager;Create or discover new data procurement and processing programs;Cooperate to tech & development department to deploy software and hardware upgrades that make it possible to leverage big data use cases;Monitor analytics and metrics results;Review customer files to ensure integrity of data collection and utilization.
