A Technical Support Representative is in charge of providing exceptional IT support to the clients of the biggest global brands.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW about THE DAY-TO-DAY TASKS OF A TECHNICAL SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE
• Answering incoming calls from customers
• Sorting out customers’ inquiries or requests
• Ensuring that customers’ requests are managed in an appropriate and timely manner
• Developing, organizing, and maintaining accurate files
• Maximizing different Concentrix and client-based tools and applications for customer management and servicing
• Delivering a high caliber of service in a friendly, confident, and informed manner
YOU ARE A PERFECT FIT FOR THE POSITION IF YOU:
• Are a High School graduate
• Have at least six (6) months BPO experience
• Have good English communication skills
• Have excellent customer service, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
• Have superb computer skills
• Are willing to work in shifting schedule
