Basic duties and responsibilties:

Handles multiple accountsAnswers patients concernsEnrolling Patients in the programAnswering Viber inquiry and sending acknowledgements.Managing Emails.Answering Telefax and encoding receipts.Confirms and verifies patient information.Answers patients inquiriesProvides general information to the patients
