We are looking for a friendly, well-spoken sales development and prospecting representative to assist our company in expanding our customer base. The sales development representative's responsibilities include:
generating potential leads, soliciting potential customers, Setting sales meetings with potential customers and co
nnecting customers with the right salesperson.To be a successful sales development representative, you should have excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. You should also demo
nstrate the ability to meet deadlines and have strong analytical and mathematical skills.
Sales Development Representative Responsibilities:
Use Hubspot dailyDeveloping sales strategies to draw in potential customers in need of staffing.Initiating co
ntact with potential customers through outbound emails or respo
nding to inquiries generated from advertisements.Co
nnecting respo
nding prospects/customers with Extenteam sales manager toidentify their potential staffing needs and qualify their interests and viability to drive sales.Presenting product (Our product is the talented remote staff we provide) information to customers o
nce you have identified their needs.Moving solid leads through the marketing funnel, co
nnecting them to Extenteam sales manager salesperson, and arranging zoom meetings, emails, or phone calls.Following up with potential customers who expressed interest but did not sign up for Extenteam’s staffing services.Collaborating with sales executives to ensure the company's goals and targets are met.
Who should apply?
Experience in Property Management industry of a “western company” (Australia, US, Britain) and/or sales experience in the industry as a vendor.Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Business or related fieldExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong interperso
