The Warehouse Operations Manager is in charge of the end to end performance of a Growsari warehouse. Warehouse operations involve the following: order fulfillment (pick and pack) and logistics. A warehouse serves an area covering thousands of customers and transacting tens of millions of Peso a month. The Warehouse Operations Manager handles a team of 2 Supervisors, 5 Team Leads and dozens of staff to run the warehouse as an efficient unit with industry leading performance metrics. The Warehouse Operations Manager temporarily reports to the Operations Excellence Manager.
