Job description

We are looking for an SEO SPECIALIST to join our growing team! Our ideal candidate will have a passion for establishing strong relationships with their clients, strong experience leading strategy and executing offsite SEO campaigns, and the ability to lead, train and grow a team. A successful candidate is a true SEO expert – someone who has a deep understanding of Prospecting and Outreach, and who is obsessed with link building, content placements, staying ahead of the curve in the industry, and ongoing program optimization. RESPONSIBILITIES

Assessing link-building opportunities and developing strategies to meet client goals, deliver excellent user experience, and increase organic traffic for a limited number of enterprise-level clientsDedicated to growing the program and ensuring all efforts follow Google’s best practicesAn expert in Pitchbox (or comparable platform) and can use the tool inside and outTracking Offsite KPIs and monitoring the performance of the Offsite teamMaintaining and updating internal training programsCollaborating with internal teams including Creative, Analytics, Development, and Sales to align on strategy, define priorities, share performance, and outline improvement opportunities and plansDeveloping or finding Prospecting, Outreach tools, templates, and best practices for internal and external useContinuously innovating the SEO Offsite programEmbrace and apply company core values - Agility, Quality, and Accountability.Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

3-4 years experience in Offsite SEO, including Prospecting and OutreachPrior experience in a digital agency environmentDemonstrated ability to lead Outreach strategy to improve SEO performanceFamiliarity with reporting and visualization platforms, including Google Analytics and Data StudioExperience with SEO tools such as Pitchbox, Ahrefs, and SEMrushDeep understanding of current and future digital trends across platformsSolid background in UX, SEO, and SEM principles and methodologiesStrong communication skills both verbal and writtenExperience building and executing enterprise Offsite SEO campaigns (preferred)
