The Performance Marketing Manager is a highly skilled, and experienced member of our expanding team to drive SM’s online marketing for its e-commerce initiatives and projects. The role requires a mastery of marketing in 2020 and beyond. Expertise should include performance marketing, social media marketing, an eye and insight for effective online creatives, customer relationship management, and online marketing operations. Traditional marketing training/discipline is a plus but not required.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Build and lead a Performance Marketing team,Develops and executes against data-driven marketing strategies to deliver growth and efficiency at scale for SM Malls. Drive campaigns that are obsessed with getting the right message to the right customer at the right time in service of driving demand for our products.CRMLong gone are the days where customers are nameless and faceless. Create and drive a CRM program that will help us get to know SM Malls’ shoppers better. Through online marketing strategies and platforms, you will enable SM Malls to develop long-term relationships with established and new customers while helping streamline business performance.online CreativeBuild and driven an in-house creative team that leverages the uniqueness of the online medium. Bring to life stories that demonstrate how SM enriches the lives of Filipinos everywhere.online Marketing OperationsYou ensure efficient processes are built and implemented to keep all the teams within Marketing working smoothly and happily. Whichever platform it may be, from Facebook to Tiktok to Google, this team makes sure we move fast and at the lowest possible cost.SocialYou work closely with the social marketing team, comprising creative strategists, channel experts, and community managers. (If they don’t exist internally, then you have the opportunity to build this team!) We help guide best-in-class creative work and innovative engagement tactics that help build affinity with prospective and current riders and drivers.

EXPERIENCE AND EDCUATIonAL REQUIREMENTS

Must be a Bachelor's Degree holder of Business Management / Administration, Marketing, Commerce or any related courseWith at least 5 years of work experience related to Performance MarketingStrong in analytics and research, Proficient in oral and written communication skills
