The D2C Community Manager shall perform the following functions:

Use the online platform to communicate, relate and engage with the communityEngage customers, promote products and services, and elicit feedbackResolve user complaints and answer queriesTrack and analyze user related performance metrics, following and reporting on trends, and relaying information to management

Qualifications:

3- 5 years relevant experience managing large online communitiesExcellent written communication skillsAbility to relate and timely address concerns of online usersPassionate about food, cooking and being up to date with latest food trends (preferred)
