The Business Development Center (BDC) Sales Director leads a team of SDR’s to create qualified sales opportunities for the Sales Team. The BDC Sales Director is responsible for optimizing team member performance to achieve company sales goals. Train and mentor members of the SDR Team to identify, contact, and create qualified opportunitiesEnsure SDR Team members improve performance and abilities over time by providing coaching and feedback in recurring weekly 1:1sPlan for recruiting, hiring, and o
nboarding new SDR’sWork closely with Sales and other members of the SDR Leadership team to improve opportunity management and qualification processesManage Key Performance Indicators (KPI Reporting)Co
nduct daily team meetings to review outbound calling metrics, role play call scenarios, motivate team membersDemo
nstrate proficiency in the use of MS Office, PowerPoint, HubSpot CRM
Job Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of SAAS inside sales management outbound calling experience; Customer Service experience does not qualify Excellent spoken and written EnglishExperience managing outbound sales teams that make 80 or more outbound cold calls per day.Ability to work US business hoursLive in the NCR Metro ManilaMasters Degree preferred but not required
