JOB OVERVIEW:
As our Marketing Specialist specializing in Customer Relations Management or CRM, you are expected to understand the customer through data analytics and design and implement programs that will ultimately result to customer satisfaction and loyalty.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Deliver and analyze regular and customized reports a
bout customers’ profiles and buying behaviors.Work with customer service, marketing, sales, and operations in the development, implementation, and e
valuation of customer-oriented programs and initiatives.Lead the development and maintenance of a CRM system, maximizing its capabilities thereby optimizing return on investmentAssist in marketing activities.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.At least 1-2 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Required Skill(s): Project Management, Analytical Skills, CRM software trouble-shooting.At least 1-2 Years Experienced Employee specialized in Digital Marketing or equivalent.
