Day to day Responsibilities:

You are responsible for the design and creative output based on concepts and briefs created by our team within the company, communicating with marketing and content teams to deliver best in class work. From social media posts, external presentations, videos, proposals for jobs and this person is responsible for ensuring brand consistency through-out all brand channels.You will be responsible for managing our digital footprint. This will include SEM, SEO, website management, our corporate linkedIn account + driving website traffic.Develop and manage email scheduling, databases and social media content with a strong understanding of authentic communication in alignment with our ‘voice’, aesthetic and customer service approach.Ensure social media and marketing activity is planned, delivered and effectively analyzedManage digital accounts and websites - create and implement digital content for social media channels and websites.Implement & optimize online advertisements through SEM/ linkedIn/ GDN/ SEO to drive leadsMonthly analysis and reporting on marketing data to help shape future marketing strategiesPlan and edit a range of template videos to support our marketing, brand and community activities Conduct research, brainstorm, and execute digital campaigns across multiple platformsCollaborate with internal stakeholders to build and implement campaigns that are both print and digital.

Qualifications:

5 years of Multimedia Design or Digital Marketing experienceStrong visual, interactive and graphic design skillsExperience in SEO/SEM optimizationFull understanding of Adobe Creative Suite, Powerpoint + VimeoFull understanding of managing content on Webflow or similar website hostsKnowledge of Pandadoc proposal software (or similar) is a plusHTML, CSS knowledge is a plus

Work location: Permanent home based

Work hours: 8pm to 5am/10pm to 7am
